The present form of the theatre was given this shape from a workshop, which was in a disused state.

Harold Pinter Theatre

This is yet another exciting place to be in the West End zone of London. Located in Panton Street, in Westminster, it marked its way on 15th October in the year 1881. However, it was not known by this name back then and was more prominent as the Comedy Theatre, until it was given this name in the year 2011. This theatre is famous for not only different types of shows but also many premiers.

The Old Vic

This is basically a non-profit theatre and is quite big with 1000 seats, which is located in the south east side of the Waterloo Station. This theatre was first established in the year 1818 and was named as Royal Coburg Theatre. Well, later in the year 1871, it was renamed again and then it was known as Royal Victoria Theatre. In 1871, it was renovated again and the name was changed. Finally, in 1880 Emma Cons took over the theatre, but till then it became already popular as Old Vic.

National Theatre

Located in the south bank of London, this theatre has three auditoriums, which are named as Lyttleton, Dorfman and Olivier. All you can see a various range of Shakespeare’s collection, starting from drama, musicals and even comedy. Located in Regent’s Park, the lush greenery surrounding it creates the perfect ambience.
